I have no issue's with my bandwidth or the quality of my internet. I have the 'best available' quality selected with the only other two options you've given me being auto and low. BUT still the video plays in 140p or less. There literally aren't enough pixels available for me to discern the position of the ball. What's the point of watching it?? Sure it works sometimes and I get something close to 720p but the player has a mind of it's own, your viewers have no way of deciding for themselves how much they value quality over fluidity. I'm fine with a potential second here and there of buffering if it means I can actually watch the game!! You NEED to invest into UPGRADING or REPLACING this god awful media player. Please, I just want to enjoy the football I'm trying to watch.
