Hi Brock, thanks for the message.
FYI I just uninstalled the app and then installed it again to try one more thing but the message is still appearing.
It's not the first time copy protection measures seem to have resulted in software not working. 😬
Ok will contact support.
Somehow an optus sport update got pushed on my mate10 and I was forced to update to v2.1...
And now it won't work again. Time to find a new workaround...fck optus, if you invested more money into rpoviding services rather than blocking paying customers you might get somewhere.
Ok. Thankfully it wasn't too hard to circumnavigate this timeon my mate10 p.
I can confirm you can view optus sport on jailbroken devices. Don't give up hope people!
Thanks for keeping us in the loop here, @Mememagoo.
I've just heard back from out TV & Content team in regards to the above. Unfortunately, we're unable to support jailbroken devices. With that in mind, I'd advise logging in on a non-jailbroken device or through the Optus Sport website.
I too will not be renewing my optus contract when it expires and will go back to other means for my EPL goodness. Thanks to NBN there are pretty good 720live streams available elsewhere....
FYI Optus sport is now working with Teclast T10 tablets again (unrooted). 🙂
2.1.3 update fixed it.
