Can anyone please assisst me with this issue, tried Optus numerous times, they have literally given up which im almost about to do well..
Optus sports works fine on the browser, playback error on the App?? Any ideas
New phone or tab that's my next move.
What have you already tried? e.g. deleting and reinstalling app, trying on a different device, etc
Have you tried playing with mobile data vs WiFi?
Have you just spoken/chatted with customer service or logged a support case with the Optus Sport team?
So it doesn't playback on any device or just the one you personally use?
