Hi all I purchased an outright phone on Wed 16th Oct using paypal as the payment method. The money has left my bank account however I have received NOTHING from Optus. No email or notification at all. I have tried calling numerous times and have been told someone would ring me back or I get hung up on!! Optus what is happening with my order??
Hi @ 5GWANNABE, are you able to jump onto our Facebook or Twitter and message our Social service team? You'll need to provide them with the PayPal purchase confirmation/receipt. We do have a specific team who handle outright orders. They'll be able to get in touch and find out what's happened to your order.
You should have received a shipping confirmation by now.
