Hi, I’m not getting the email when trying to reset my Optus sport password. Have looked in spam folders etc but just not getting anything sent at all. Any solution to this?

You may be experiencing a problem due to a recent Optus Sport Security Update.
Are you using a VPN? It needs to be turned off to be able to receive the reset password e-mail.
