Have you been able to search for the Optus Sport app in the store? It may be worth checking the Xbox One is up to date, as that may not show up if it's not.
If still no luck locating that send us a message on the Optus Facebook or Twitter. We can get this escalated to our TV & Content team for them to investigate further.
