Optus Sport Subscription - unable to connect to iTunes store message

Trying to purchase a subscription to Optus Sport through the app on my phone but every time I try it keeps saying “unable to connect to iTunes Store”. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, using data and wifi networks and I’ve had no luck.

That's not good. Nice work on trying different ways to get it working.

We haven't had any other reported issues that it was down.
