There has recently been some upgrades to the Optus Sport app and website increasing security. With the increased security some customers are experiencing issues logging in that they would not have previously. Please see the below examples:
Issue: When logging in it shows as the username or password is incorrect
Fix: Customers need to turn off their VPN service to allow them to login.
Issue: Requesting a password reset and not getting an email to organise a new password
Fix: Customers need to turn off their VPN service to allow the reset password e-mail to be sent.
Issue: Unable to set a new password when the reset password link has been sent.
Fix: Customers need to turn off their VPN service to be able to submit the password reset.
