I've been having trouble with my Optus Sport account since changing to a different Sim-Only plan. It gave me a separate Optus Sports account which, if everything functioned, would not be an issue for me. The problem is that this account was assigned an email address resembling "no_email.......@optus.com.au". As such, I deactivated and reactivated the add-on and it seemed to be resolved, as it said a confirmation email was sent to my correct email. However, upon checking my emails, I hadn't been sent anything and still haven't. Can someone please sort this for me?
