Not receiving authentication email from Optus sport, hence cannot login

I tried several times to log in on Optus sport, however as you need to receive an email to confirm your account, AND I haven’t received the email, I can’t use my optus sport. I know it says the email can take up to 4 hours, but it’s been days.
