Am unable to login to sport.optus.com.au on my computer or iPad. Keep getting invalid username or password message. Called you last week, the customer service assistant said it should be fixed by yesterday at the latest. Surprisingly enough...it isn't.
If I don't have the ability to log in by the start of the season. I won't pay for a service I don't get.

Sounds like we may just need to update your details on our side, if you can PM me the service number you've signed up with as well as your full name, DOB and the email address you've tried to register with I'll get this sorted for you.
