Re: Is EPL free to post paid plans?

It may have been but it was only for one year for all customers. Now it costs $15 a month unless you are a new customer on some plans.

Checkout your current elegibility here

Hi @Hollie24, only our new 2 year  contracted plans signed from July have EPL included but for earlier contracted plans only plans $85 or higher have it.  You can certainly check your plan eligibility Here

Re: Is EPL free to post paid plans?

Every time I try to check of my plan is eligable it comes up with 'We've encountered a problem, and we're working to rectify it as soon as possible. Please try again later.' Ive been trying for weeks. Im very dissapointed that being a loyal customer for over 10 years i dont get it included in my plan.
