Is 90 secs an acceptable delay for live matches on Fetch

I have Fetch box and this morning Nations League match was, when looking at Live Score which shows the exact minute the match is on, it worked out I was pretty much 92 seconds behind the play.  This is generally the case on all other matches and having looked at the recommendation, it should be up to 60 secs is acceptable.  This is obviously not.  What can I do to sort this?  I'm on cable broadband that is 114meg download speed!

Re: Is 90 secs an acceptable delay for live matches on Fetch

I noticed that last week when a mate in Sydney texted me about a goal that I hadn't seen scored yet. He was watching via the app, me on Fetch.

No, it isn't acceptable really. It's like going back in time.

Thanks - I did raise an issue and they said they would invesitgate and call me back in 1-1.5 hours.  This was Friday.  Still waiting...
