Fetch Merge

I am a current customer with optus, mobile plan. I previously had a NBN service with optus but recently cancelled it. I had a fetch subscription with a mighty box. I added a mini to my mobile plan. I was wondering if it is possible to merge the existing Fetch mighty over to my mobile plan so it works too?

Really good question!

It's a bit tricky when it comes to bundled products. If Fetch formed part of your bundle, it's normally deactivated as soon the bundled services are cancelled.

I'm not sure whether things have changed since, but once we've deactivated a Fetch set top box, we'll need to send out a brand-new one.

Have you now lost access to your existing Fetch Mighty Set top box?
