I have a paid subscription via Apple Pay subscription in App Store.
I cannot log into any device (iOS: App, Safari, Windows: Chrome).
When I log in I get Incorrect username or password error.
When I reset password I get The user email provided is invalid error.
My Apple Store payments are current and up to date (last monthly payment invoice was 8-Sept).
My App, Phone and all other devices are fully up to date.
Support (FB Messenger) has not being helpful.
Please advise how I can log into my account when the system doesn't recognise the email address I registered and pay with.
