Cancelled account already


I have been cancelled optus sport since I joy optus nbn on December 2018 but you still charge to my card and apple pay still send me a remind to pay for the bill Please check and fix my problem

The Optus billing should be fixed by Optus. Note you can request a refund for any billing made after you cancelled. You will have to contact Optus directly though (LIVECHAT) and make the request again - this is just a forum. You can apparently also use Facebook

Are you sure you haven't signed up via iTunes? With Optus sport you can either subscribe via Optus or via Apple/Google through their respective app stores.


If you've signed up via iTunes, Optus won't have visibility of this nor can they cancel it. You'd need to sort this out via iTunes.
