Have tried to to log a fault through that link but won’t recognise my account.
went into an Optus store to see if they could do anything but they said they have never seen this before and there may be something wrong with my account.
Can you not get some to contact me or will I have to call up directly.

Could you please also confirm if you can watch on demand games and only the live stream doesn't work? Please PM me the exact error you get as well.
Any update on a resolution. I have the same problem. Li.e. All Live games have (null null) undercthem and if you try to play they say the game hasn’t started yet - try again later. This is really frustrating....
