I ahve been trying to sign up for the epl for a week now. am an existing Optus customer: keeps saying " We've encountered a problem, and we're working to rectify it as soon as possible. Please try again later." A week later!!!
Hi -I had the same problem for a week and then this worked for me.
Login to your optus "myAccount". In there it has a marketing type message and link saying "check your eligibility". It then said I was eligible and took me straight to the EPL sign up section. Done and dusted in less than 5 mins.
