You've posted in the Apple forum so I take it this is happening on your phone?
Have you tried in a different location? Wifi only? Mobile Data only? Restarting the phone? Different content in case it was an issue with just that particular one you were trying to watch?
We are having trouble with viewing Optus Sport on the TVs through Apple TV. . Reception is OK on IPad, but deteriorated once shown on tv.
any help would be appreciated as EPL season is almost here.
