This is getting ridiculous. Surely Optus have to meet some kind of minimum quality standard set by the EPL?
Yesterday, the on-demand version of Manchester United v Chelsea started in the 12th minute of the game, hence missing the first goal. And then this morning, the highlights of Middlesbrough vs Arsenal just stopped abruptly after 3 minutes.
How hard can it be to set the start / end points correctly?

Very sorry for the troubles there @Matthew71. Were you streaming the highlights through the app? Were you able to view after a reboot? I'll ensure all feedback has been passed along to our team.
Yes, I was on the iPad app. The issue was with the highlights clip itself. The advertised time on the clip was 3:02, and sure enough the highlights stopped playing after three minutes and two seconds. The problem was that they stopped prior to the end of the game and missed out the winning goal. Since then, the highlights have been updated and now run to 4:14
Appreciate your feedback Matthew - I just had a chat with our production team about this and there was a bit of an issue with the highlights from that game, the highlights reel was pulled down about 10 mins after it went up and the longer version was added instead.
