Just for clarification, only Google Certified devices are compatible with the app.
To check if your device is compatible, are you able to access the Google Play Store in the Apps menu of your Kogan Android TV?
If you are able to access the Google Play Store and your device is operating on the Android 7.0 or higher operating system, the Optus Sport app should appear as an option to be installed when searched.
Otherwise, if the issue persists, I would recommend logging a support case with our teams for further assistance.
