Can someone please explain how Optus Sport web customers are expected to pay more for the service this year ($139 up from $99) when the offering this year is Significantly LESS, with no ECL or Europa League.
The reduced costs to Optus are around $15m per year yet consumers are expected to pay more for less service?
Hi @NP-ECL, just to clarify, that $99 price point was a discount offer on the Annual Pass. Once that offer ended, the price returned to $139 for 12 months.
There is some good news I can share with you however, as the $99 Annual Pass is currently available. You can view this offer on the Optus Sport sign up page. Jack

So two points from this answer
1 So I can still pay the same for reduced services - that does not seem at all appropriate and I have to “renew” one month early
2 why did Optus not bother to communicate this to its customers
Still decidedly unhappy at the lack of service
