Max number devices exceeded


I currently have 2 iPads as registered devices. I have logged in to Optus Sport on my iPhone and when I watch Optus Sport on an iPad and iPhone it's kicks me off my iPad saying I have exceeded the maximum concurrent streaming devices. The iPhone doesn't show as a registered device now either. Thought I could have up to 4 registered devices anyway?

Yes 4 registered devices but you can only stream to one device per login according to the post below.

had this once before and had to delete one if my devices nut ow have forgottes hw I was able to delete a mobile phone from the link

@johnnyred, the process hasn't changed.


  • Login to your Optus Sport account via
  • Navigate to the top right corner of the home page (here you'll see your username displayed)
  • Hover your mouse over your username, select settings from the drop-down menu
  • Remove whichever device isn't required

It's also important to note that you can only remove one device every 30 days.
