Thanks ... got it fixed. None of the website support helped and most of the links don’t work. Phone support goes around and around and eventually hangs up on you. Finally found a chat link buried in the depths of the Optus website and the support guy managed to fix it thanks .. appears to be a system issue.

Agree. Support is horrendous. I can not find a support number to call.
I've been going around in circles for 30 mins trying to find a support page that helps me.
I can not log into Optus sports with my account email address. What a waste of time this has been.
Ah, sorry we couldn't respond back to your sooner. I'm glad to hear that we managed to resolve this one for you. In the future you can log any Optus TV including sport or any other type of subscription service via our online fault logging page → https://offer.optus.com.au/faultreport/individual/.
