We have an Optus Yealink landline, and an Android (Oppo R11) in our Optus Loop.
On the Android, the HOLD function worked fine. Now, whenever HOLD is used, upon ending HOLD, there is nothing but silence and it appears the call has dropped out. This has now happened 5 times in a row to our clients.
What could be wrong?
