New to the Optus Loop System, we have 2 incoming call numbers and 4 extensions so a very small operation.
I have gone in and set up our standard business hours but for the life of me cannot work out how to turn on voicemail when we are outside of our standard business hours.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance
