We have a YeaLink telephoen system. When transferring calls from reception to other users, it works as expected, i.e the desktop phone will ring first and then transfer to the associated Loop mobile app. However for one user what happens is it will transfer to the desktop phone, then after a few rings transfers to the associated Loop mobile app as expected, however after 2 rings on that phone it appears as a normal call as opposed to a Optus Loop call.
Please give Optus Loop technical support a call on 135667.
