Optus Loop Search Error - Coding Issue?

I am logged into our loop.optus.com.au and attempting to bring up Call History which was working last week.

I have tried accessing it via two methods on the site The "My Reports" and then "Call History" and also via "My Site" and "Call History" I have selected all the relevant required fields - phone number/s, start and end date, call type etc and it keeps throwing up an error "A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 1 [character 2 line 1]" Googling makes me think this is a coding issue? One I have no idea how to resolve. I would love some advice on what to do that doesn't involve being on hold for hours!
