We have a reception phone which when put on Do Not Disturb, all incoming calls are supposed to ring all other phones in our business, so anyone else can pick up that call.
This was working fine a couple of weeks ago, however now when the DnD is pressed, the incoming calls goes straight to voicemail, without the other phones ringing.
If we put other phones (non reception) into DnD mode, then incoming calls get routed to reception - tick as expected.
We have checked to see the yellow arrow for transfer is selected (solution offered on another thread).
