Loop issues on iPhone and Android apps

kate_p

We have the Loop app installed on an iPhone 8 and Moto G5. I’ve looked for a user guide on how to configure the call settings in the app but can’t find anything beyond how to download and log in. The iPhone app is constantly showing a message saying “Remote Office for this location was automatically disabled”. The Android app is diverting calls to the staff member’s personal voicemail, not out Loop voicemail. Help.

Hi Wesley-J, I rang a few times on Friday but was told the wait time was about 30 minutes and unfortunately I don't have time to sit around and wait.
