We are using Optus Loop with Yealink T48S phones.
Our main reception number is currently on Do No Distrub, and what should happen is that any incoming calls should ring on all other office phones, whereby anyone can pick up the call.
This was working fine for this morning, now all of sudden any incoming calls are going straight to voicemail. On the main recepiton phone, it states Call forward to voicemail, with options to Exit or View.
Why would this suddenly change, when we haven't changed any settings (that we are aware of).
