existing billing



we have discontinued with optus.  However, still receiving bill and we called up for refund.  They said they will refund us.  However, nothing has happened except continue to bill us.

If your account starts with 62 you'll need to speak to live chat or call. If any other number you can request a refund via the billing and payment section in your My Account.  We're unable to see any account details or notes from the community, so I can't look into the credit notes left when you spoke to them last sorry.
