Yesterday I needed to use Live Chat to solve an unrelated issue. I found I could not open Live Chat in Chrome and instead used MS Edge browser and got the help I needed. Trying to click the Live Chat link fails silently which is the worst kind of UI failure as the user gets no feedback.
I guessed that perhaps that uBlock Origin extension was to blame. I just tested the theory by disabling uBlock Origin in Chrome and was able to sucesfully launch Live Chat in Chrome this time.
Obviously not a problem for me, but perhaps your website development team might like to know this so it doesnt affect other less tech savvy customers.
