optus server settings, mail box exceeded 90% - how to change office 365 email settings
Hi... I am getting 'your mail box has exceeded 90% of its quota" emails.
When I delete at the webmail it is deleting them off my computer. What can I change so this doesnt happen. The online self help listings dont seem to list office 365, and the setting options that I have so cant seem to change things.

If you are using an Optus IMAP email account removing mail from webmail should / will remove mail from your computer. Using an Optus POP account gives you the option of removing mail from webmail automatically or after a certain amount of days and does not remove it from the computer. I believe a POP account is the best way to go as the storage quota is too small for IMAP in my opinion. Are you only using the one device to receive email?
