How do I speak or write to someone within optus that can halp me link my two accounts. When I go into my My optus account it only shows out mobile phone account and not our nbn account. i keep trying to make this nbn account paperless, but the links that have been sent to me by optus via email do not work. It comes up with "oops the page you are looking for is no longer available".

Try live chat via the Optus mobile phone app or Facebook. Optus is currently running two billing systems so it can be frustrating getting everything on the new system
