i need to talk to someone online about my account.
i can't live chat - the links aren't working - opens to blank page
i can't email or find a direct contact (no matter how many option i click)
my app and account has had an "error" or "difficulties" for the past 3 days.
very frustrated to get on the site and still not be able to access my account or find ways to speak to someone about this

I'm increasingly infuriated by the lack of avenues to communicate. All I want to do is see my bill and ask why they have overcharged. Can't see the bill via app, email or online account. What other options are there?
Optus are the most unhelpful phone company I have ever experienced.
Would love to tell them that but can't even contact with a complaint after 6pm

A letter still has much more weight than email, chat or phone. Its a legal document that they take seriously. Just detail what your issue is and what you need rectified and include a retuyrn address. Its slow but powerful.
