logging into account and checking bills

I have been paying bills online and my bill has currently gone up in price and I want to be able to look at my bill breakdown to check why. I cannot log into my account. Keeps coming up with this message - I don't know how to verify  my email address and I can't seem to find a link anywhere to do this. HELP!!
