Hmm have you tried the live chat in the Optus mobile app as well as the link I posted? I would assume that just like the phone service it does get busy. Do you have a question that the forum can possibly help with?

I have a bill to pay. It is wrong. If I do not pay the full amount, I will incur a fee. I cannot use live chat because it is never on and I cannot find a telephone number....new provider perhaps?
