hi, i believe I have the same issue as most....
I am unable to link my service to My Account. When I try to link it I receive this message: “The service entered is not eligible for My Account registration.” I want to link my service so I can cancel my direct debit. I have paid my bill via credit card and I am worried that it will debit it from my account on the 13th of January when it is due.... I really cannot have this happen.
I really need this sorted asap, as i am done trying log in multiple times.
