diversion from landline to mobile via the internet


My business landlines are totally down. I want to divert the landline number to a mobile number. But because i can't evem get a dialtone, the standard *78 method that is used on the landline phone cant be used to set up the call diversion. Does anyone know if via the internet (somewhere in the plethora of pages within the optus websites) that i can set up a call diversion from the businesses landline to a mobile number?

I don't believe there is an option on the internet.

You can ring or online chat with Optus support and they should be able to set up the diversion.
