accounts not linked and chat won't work

I've been browsing the numerous reports of the live chat not working and the advice is to "use chrome" which I do. I tried with one of microsfot's embedded cancer browsers as well an get the same result. I just want to know why when I log in to my account I can only see the mobile BB I have for my tablet and not the one I recently went on to a postpaid plan for.

Did you not notice how it says CHAT WITH US on that link and I've already stated that the chat link DOESN'T DO ANYTHING?
