When I logon to optus site and try and view my account I get an endless pin wheel and that is it. been lik this for at least six months. I have not figured out how to get help on the web site, hell it's hard enough now getting help on my broardband connection.
So sorry to see that you're having trouble with logging in, @Lawrie. Certainly not what we like to see at all. We do suggest getting in touch with our Care Team here so that we can investigate the My Account issue. Was there any specific info that I could look into for you on our end? If so, please PM us here with your account number, full name and DOB so that we can open up your service.
