Whats going on Optus Sales ?
Me trying to get a new phone contact;
* Setup a deal and get the confirmation email the day after which was incorrect.
* Spend more time online chat "fixing" the contract....then that contract was cancelled by Optus for some reason and another one set up ... which was also incorrect.
* Spend more time onlie chat fixing it once again.
Getting the wife ported to Optus
*Set up account and details.
*Wait one week for nothing to happen ( no emails, no text messages ) and then more time in chat.
*Get a lame excuse that credit checks take this long !! Really ??? I've done credit checks and it does NOT take 1 week let alone 5min.
If this is how new contracts are signed, I can only image how I will be treated after ....

Update ... no email after 24/48 hours. On chat once again ... still not done. What is going on Optus !!! Next time on chat will be me cancelling the order.

Update - Cancelled the wife's order as nothing had happened on Optus's end.
