My account has been moved to what I think Optus call the 'the new platform'. I have come accross a number of bugs but I cant find any place on the website to report them,. Chat staff simply not interested, suggest I try using an app (which I cant because I manage a pool of optus phones, but my phone is Telstra nd the app wont load)
IMO The best place is probably here in this forum.
Mods trip through the posts each day and will be able to forward any issues to the development department.
