Hi,

 

Similar to many others in the past, I am having trouble signing up for Optus Sports Premium on the Optus Sport website.

 

I go to the check for eligibility webpage. It asks for my mobile number, date of birth and to verify that I am the Account Holder for the service. I input these then hit the SMS Code To Me button.

 

When I click on the button, I get the following error:

 

We've encountered a problem, and we're working to rectify it as soon as possible. Please try again later.

 

Has anybody been able to resolve this?

Could you please PM through your account details (username/ account number/ phone number) as well as your full name and date of birth.

 

We'll also need to grab your email address linked to your Optus Sports account so we can check this out for you.
