In attempting to access my account; I was advised to change "Username" to my EMail address which I did and OPTUS accepted my new "Password", but now when I access my account; I cannot access account details such as usage and payments etc
I tried re-entering "Password" which OPTUS accepts, but when I try to change "Password", I get an error message.
I've tried using my Mobile & Account number and still get error message.
Where do i go from here?
