This is what I receive when I go to look at my usage:
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
I am not using a browser am I when I am using my Optus application. Or at least I didn't thing I was??
Can anyone help me please I am having so many problems and now I have managed to get onto my account I can't look at anything.

The app in many respects are a browser although look far different than you'd expect. I think it might be something with the app over the weekend. I just tested on my one and it seems okay.
Have you tried removing and reinstalling the app?
