Is anyone getting usage alerts which are over anf above regular usage.
My mobile internet usage has blown out way out and I am not using mobile internet anymore rhan normal.
Will be asking for review of my account and this months bill.
When ringing Optus get passed around and no one knows what to do or seems to care.
Optus not good service or good experience.
Extremely disappointed and upset.
