Unbilled Charges

HI All, I got a text saying that unbilled charges were not available until Tue (now past), but I still can't find them online.  With the new My Account and all it's pretty confusing.

 

Can I just not find it or it's still not there?

Thanks for your reply. I have tried chat several times now. One didnt even know what unbilled charges were and another just wanted to send me bills. Oh dear.

 

Thought that you should update your staff when system updates were taking place and when are aimed to be wrapped up. Its been hopeless trying to find out this easy info.
