I've 3 different services with Optus:
Sim card Mobile contract
Previously when I went into my account I could view details of my prepaid mobile usage and my cable/internet usage.
Since I have signed up to my Sim Card Mobile contract (10th October 2018), just a few days ago, I am only able to view the new
Sim card mobile details (usage etc), but not the others. Any idea how to access details of my other services (cable + prepaid mobile)?

Thanks for providing this info for us, it sounds like your Postpaid service has been activated in our new billing system and your Cable + Prepaid are in our Legacy systems. We should be able to get these linked up again.

I currently have a similar issue. I have one prepaid mobile with you, up until last week I could view my detailed usage for sms and calls but now it says this page is unavailable. This also happened last year and a customer service person did the same thing as you mentioned and it was fixed. Could you please do the same for me again?
